A data scientist and digital marketer by training, he has worked across strikingly diverse industries: solving real-world traveller and hotel pain points with smart algorithms, scaling Korean fashion brands during the early K-wave, optimising customer acquisition for a fast-growing UK office-supplies start-up, and driving subscriptions for a much-loved portfolio of cake-decorating magazines.
Across every vertical, one passion has never changed: understanding how real people think, decide, and push ideas into reality often in intense, late-night bursts of relentless focus.
When the dashboards finally switch off, Stefan swaps spreadsheets for synthesizers, crafting atmospheric electronic music that only seems to finish somewhere between midnight and dawn.
CHERYL FUERTE
Cheryl Fuerte is the Founder and Managing Creative Producer of 2nd.digital Hong Kong and the person behind conceptualizing dotSpotlight.
A web designer and developer by background with passion on creating highly-efficient user interfaces and curiosity on engaging audiences, Cheryl has designed and produced hundreds of websites for clients across finance, government, technology, consulting, healthcare, entertainment, telecommunications, and education. Her works have been recognized not just nationally but globally, having received multiple Webby Awards nominations and a People’s Voice Webby win in 2020. Cheryl was also a pioneer in blogging/personal websites in the late ’90s/early 2000s in the Philippines, way before the term blogging was popularly known.
With every project, her passion for the web shine, and through dotSpotlight, Cheryl wants to bring out the stories of Founders, Creators and Builders, and the passion behind the wonderful digital things they bring to us.
